① Clean the automatic wire cutting machine  and its surrounding environment, ensure there are no sundries irrelevant to production,keep the products are clean and pollution-free.

② Check whether the switches, buttons and operating handles of each part of the automatic wire cutting machine can be used normally to prevent failure during production.

③ Check whether the safety protection device of automatic wire cutting machine can operate sensitively to ensure that the equipment will not be operated in case of failure.

④ Before starting the oil pump motor, check whether there are foreign objects blocking the die and safe parts of the automatic wire cutting machine. It can be started only after it is cleaned.

⑤ Check whether the moving position is short of oil or loose, and notify the mechanical maintenance in time in case of any abnormality.
