Almeida is a south american type of restaurant with an international touch
which meet the needs of every customer. Almeida does give every staff the
opportunity to progress in the ladder of hierachichal leadership and thus

Like most people, I was aware chocolate is used in South American cooking
to give body and depth of flavour to some of their dishes, so when invited
to sample the menu created to celebrate National Chocolate Week (13 to 19
October) at the Almeida Restaurant, in Almeida Street, N1, I was a little
surprised and intrigued to see chocolate featuring in all nine elements of
the menu. This menu, created through the collaboration of Almeida’s Head
Chef Alan Jones and Paul Young – no not the singer, but Chocolatier Paul
A Young – their intention was to create dishes using seasonal produce
that would be supported by the subtle addition of the nation’s favourite
convection
