OLLINS restaurant the cuisine is French and Traditional English with a
modern twist cooked without a microwave to a very high standard.
Ingredients are fresh and well sourced on a daily basis. All our soups,
terrines, pies, sauces and desserts are made in house, in fact the only two
things we do not make at this moment are our breads and ice creams. Wine
list is not of the usual however we offer a well-balanced list of wines
that hits the spot. The Décor is all candles, gilt mirrors with
chandeliers that adorn a romantic timeless setting.
